I would say that is likely a good guess - it may be the City's attempt at humor via a curse. Everything has gone downhill since Geordi installed LimeWire.

I see. To briefly explain, I am an android built out of styrofoam and duct tape - a machine. Thus, my theory that the City may be finding entertainment at my expense.

I am unsure what LimeWire is. I am rather at a loss to explain many of the things I have found myself saying today.

I am afraid I do not understand many of the things the deities seem to have decided I will be saying today.
